We are excited to welcome Jort van Vondel to Skatography for a special clinic on Sunday, October 11th, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at the Fanny Blankers Koen Sporthal in Hoofddorp.
Jort is a pure inline skater who has made significant progress through dedication, hard work and a strong commitment to improving his technique. His journey with Skatography goes back to the winter seasons, when he joined our indoor training sessions to work on his skating skills.
Living in the south of the Netherlands, Jort sometimes made the trip to Almere twice a week to train with us. That was a significant investment of time and effort, but it paid off. Through consistent training and a determination to improve, he developed his technique to a very high level.
Since then, Jort has continued to progress rapidly. He has achieved multiple national titles over the past year and is now an official member of the Dutch national inline skating team.
Of course, the road to success has not always been without setbacks. Like every competitive athlete, Jort has experienced difficult moments during races. What stands out, however, is the way he has continued to develop and push himself forward.
Inspiring the next generation
During his clinic at Skatography, Jort will be sharing his experience with our younger skaters. The goal is not only to work on skating technique, but also to inspire young athletes who are thinking about taking the next step and participating in competitions.
Jort’s own story is a great example of what can happen when you are willing to invest time in your development. From making long trips to The Bankrashal in Amstelveen for indoor training – and even the 200m track in Heereveen- to becoming a national champion and earning a place on the Dutch national team, his journey shows that progress comes from consistent effort.
We hope the clinic will give our younger skaters the chance to learn from Jort, ask questions, train alongside him and perhaps discover their own ambition to compete.
Join us on October 11th
The clinic will take place on:

We look forward to welcoming Jort back to Skatography and giving our young skaters the opportunity to learn from an athlete who has experienced the journey from dedicated indoor training to the Dutch national inline skating team.
